Ebrington is a 26-acre opportunity site in the heart of Derry~Londonderry

We seek to maximise the value of Ebrington and to reinvest the development proceeds into the implementation of the Regeneration Plan, to provide long term economic benefits for the area.

Air travel

Derry~Londonderry is in close proximity to the City of Derry Airport (10 mins), Belfast International Airport (1 hr) and George Best Belfast City Airport (1.5 hrs), linking to major UK, Ireland and European destinations, and scheduled services from the US and Canada.

Road and rail links

Ebrington is situated in a prime location, with access directly onto the Dublin road (3.5 hrs) and Belfast road (1.5 hrs). It is within ½ mile of the Craigavon Bridge and about one mile from the Foyle Bridge, close to the Donegal border.

The railway station is a five minute walk from Ebrington, and provides links to Belfast on average eight times daily, Mon – Fri. Pedestrian and cycle links

Ebrington and the Peace Bridge are crucial to the city’s Waterside Greenway, linking with other routes to form a circuit along and across the east and west banks of the river.
