    Car park

    214 space underground car park

    The 214 space underground car park was completed in November 2014. Accessed off King Street roundabout, it will service tenants and patrons of Ebrington. The route provides a fourth pedestrian entrance in addition to the Peace Bridge, St. Columb's Road and Cunningham Square. Ebrington and the river front can now be accessed from four directions.

    Buildings 80/81 Hosted the 2013 Turner Prize

    The renovation of Buildings 80/81 was completed in September 2013 to host the Turner Prize as part of the City of Culture programme of events. The buildings hosted the Turner Prize from 23 October 2013 – 5 January 2014, with 52,696 people visiting the space.
