If you would like to hold an event at Ebrington, use the form below to tell us about your plans.

Please note that if more than two applications are submitted for the same date, an additional review process will be conducted. Event promoters may be asked to provide the following information:

• Details of a marketing and communication plan including further information on expectant audience and economic impact.
• Event details and likelihood of availability / proof of communication from suppliers.
• Health and Safety planning information.
